Ryann Chamberlain
Care Advocate
Ryann comes to the practice after well over a decade of first being Dr. Stacey's patient! College educated in Advertising, Ryann used that knowledge to naturally transition to the food & hospitality industry...as most Communications Majors will understand.
The experiences that the food & hospitality industry provided Ryann have helped her identify her creativity, her nurturing heart & her love of making deep personal connections with people. She worked hard at creating her own catering & event planning company but unfortunately, just three years into it, she was diagnosed with breast cancer at 33.
Ryann now understands the emotional & physical challenges of being a chronic patient & survivor. Chiropractic & Acupuncture Care have helped her tremendously & when the opportunity to join the team at Pine Coast presented itself, she jumped at the chance. She hopes that her professional, medical, & general life experiences will help her to relate & connect with patients to become not only a Care Advocate for Pine Coast but also a Patient Advocate for anyone struggling with physical or mental ailments, & she's beyond thrilled to help those that trust Pine Coast with their overall health and wellness.

Ashley Peters
Care Advocate
Ashley comes to us after years of working in the restaurant & hospitality industry. While attending school at the University of Southern Maine, studying Health Science with a minor in Holistic Health, Ashley spent her days as a nanny for multiple families and her nights serving at Sebago Brewing Co.
Her favorite thing about her time in college was being introduced to Holistic Health, revealing a new passion that she didn’t know existed. Through her work and college experiences, Ashley realized her desire has always been to work with children and to help others—she found that nurturing people in turn nurtured herself. That is why she is so excited and eager to use her experience, education and love of helping others here at Pine Coast!

Becky Wierszchalek
Care Advocate
Becky comes to Pine Coast after years of being Dr. Stacey and Dr. Mike’s patient! She is a Chicago native until she attended Endicott College. There, she studied Biotechnology and continued to get her master's in business and Entrepreneurship. After meeting her husband and starting a family in Maine, Becky worked in the biotech industry while also having a hand in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
Becky has had an array of positions ranging across biotech startups, hosting, and serving at restaurants, and being a caregiver to all ages (even those with four legs). However, at the forefront of every position, her concentration has been on people and their well-being. Her kind, fun, and caring disposition is why people tend to gravitate and feel right at home when she greets them.

What is Neurologically Focused Chiropractic?
Neurologically Focused Chiropractic's primary goal is to find the root cause(s) of why someone is struggling. For anxiety, migraines, ongoing pain, ADHD, sensory challenges and other neurological disorders, we look deep into the function of the Autonomic Nervous System in a way unlike any other profession. Additionally, we continually find that chronic gut and immune challenges like ear infections, allergies, reflux, asthma, and colic originate in the nervous system as well.
At Pine Coast, we utilize 3 non-invasive scans to give us a window into the nervous system to see how it is adapting to your life and your stressors. Are you or your child's nervous system stuck in fight or flight? Is it overwhelmed and exhausted? How long has it been trying to function from this place? All of this data helps us come up with an appropriate care plan based on what you've been through and what you're currently going through.
So, what is Neurologically Focused Chiropractic not?
It is not a quick fix. Getting to the root cause and giving the body and the nervous system space to heal takes time. Patching the pain with adjustments here and there and sending you on your way is not good enough for us and is not the kind of care we provide. However, if you are looking for providers that partner with you and empower you to take responsibility for your health, listen to you and treat you like family, then look no further, you've found it.
Is it safe being adjusted by a chiropractor?
Absolutely. An adjustment given by a Doctor of Chiropractic is an incredibly safe procedure and the risk associated with it is extremely small. Chiropractic is one of the safest drug-free therapies available.
What are the benefits of seeing a chiropractor?
Babies, kids and adults can all benefit from chiropractic care. Everything from latching issues, ear infections, colic, headaches, neck pain, digestive issues, low back pain and more have all shown improvement and often resolution with chiropractic.
Are adjustments painful?
Most people find adjustments to be comfortable and relaxing. In the beginning, there can be some soreness associated with the adjustment. This is similar to feeling sore after working out and is usually a non-issue after the 2nd or 3rd adjustment as your body gets used to the changes we are making. At any point in your care, if you are still feeling uncomfortable in any way, Dr. Stacey and Dr. Mike can modify how they adjust you to work within your comfort zone.
Do you take insurance?
We do participate with most insurances. When you schedule your new patient appointment, we will collect your insurance information and verify your benefits. For those without insurance, we offer a cash based program through Chiro Health, (CHUSA). Rates with CHUSA are often similar to insurance copays or deductibles and at times can even be more cost effective than going through your insurance.
