My mission to find wellness-minded practitioners began when I had migraines and insomnia. I sought out the help of an acupuncturist to cope with the nightmares that were causing my insomnia. My first session I experienced a profound sense of euphoria. Afterwards, the day felt effortless and filled with wonder, a true feeling of relief. This left me wanting to find more practitioners with a whole-body approach. It was then that I received recommendations to a Chiropractor, herbalist and massage therapist. Each provider helped me heal beyond any capacity I had ever received in the modern day medical field.

The Chiropractic Care my family and I have received weekly, has been the cure all. For me, in particular after giving birth, and then ongoing afterwards for my family's proper neurological growth and development, the adjustments have helped keep the chaos in line.

 

Finding the right office made all the difference. My family was so committed to our care that we would drive over an hour for our adjustments! The distance did not matter. What mattered was being able to check inwardly and re-tuning that healing capacity for myself and my children. To be able to model for them a healthy and healing lifestyle.
